I have multidisciplinary background: medical engineer, dermatology, computational modelling, bioinformatics and web/software-develepment. Currently I am working on my PhD thesis in a field of bioinformatics of skin ageing which I am finishing in September 2018. I have deep understanding in programming languages, computational biology, proteomics, regenerative medicine, ageing, software development and biotechnology.
I am working on software production for biological application using Python, Perl, R studio, Matlab, Java, Javascript, PhP, HTML5 programming environments integrating machine learning and other cutting edge approaches.
